  • you younger folks watching this...now you know why we older folks loved genesis.

  • this does give a great idea of what it must have been like so thanks! [God I love 'The Cinema Show'- always makes me happier than any drug ever could]

  • The last great tour I'd suggest, although the SoS was great from a nostalgic pov

  • What track is that the ending of at 7:25 - 7:35?

  • @cheat0071 That is an instrumental section of the song "watcher of the skies"

  • @PhilGenesisDB Ah yes I understand now having watched the full (if not rather blurry and poor sound) Toronto 82 version. It's the end of a slightly different version of Lamb Lies Down on Broadway and into Watcher of The Skies. Anyone know where a good quality audio version of this can be got from? Please do let me know. Thanks.

  • Of all the songs from the Lamb,I don't know WHY the play "In The Cage".

  • @Chrisdrumz A cover is always necessary. In concealment lies a great part of our strength. Hence we must always hide ourselves under the name of another society. --Die neusten ararbeiten des Spartacus and Philo in dem Illuminaten-Orden, 1794, p: 165

This is taken from page 491 of Foucault's Pendulum by Umberto Eco. 'Coincidentally' Umberto Eco has written the introduction to the newly printed version of Alexandre's The Count of Monte Christo.

  • fantastic

  • great stuff... brings back a lot of memories... you can't find concerts like this anymore.

Awesome sound quality for a bootleg too - very well recorded... would love to get hold of some copies :)

  • ive got the original Bootlegs with Marquee and Saratoga Springs too :)

  • I've never seen a video show just what a genesis light show meant to us fans, and this is the best I've seen. The sound is excellent, the colors so rich. The rub is the incomplete clips.

  • Choppy, but that's what we had then - ty - the shots of Tony, Daryl and Phil were awesome and the vague shots of Chester Thompson on drums thru the mist were great....Saw Genesis on tour from 75 thru the 3 sides tour and had 1st row seats above the stage at Penn State's old Rec Hall for Phil's solo tour - talk about amazing!!

  • thanks mate loved it
