I have this whole show on VHS from 8/28/82 - Exhibition Stadium - Toronto. Saw them 8/9/82 - LA Forum - Los Angeles and many other tours after this. I think the light show was alittle better in 9/82 than 8/82. The 9/22/82 show on you tube seems to have more colors and lights on Watcher Of the Skies Ending than 8/28/82.
this does give a great idea of what it must have been like so thanks! [God I love 'The Cinema Show'- always makes me happier than any drug ever could]
A cover is always necessary. In concealment lies a great part of our strength. Hence we must always hide ourselves under the name of another society. --Die neusten ararbeiten des Spartacus and Philo in dem Illuminaten-Orden, 1794, p: 165

@PhilGenesisDB Ah yes I understand now having watched the full (if not rather blurry and poor sound) Toronto 82 version. It's the end of a slightly different version of Lamb Lies Down on Broadway and into Watcher of The Skies. Anyone know where a good quality audio version of this can be got from? Please do let me know. Thanks.

This footage was filmed in deeside england sep/82 & is silent. This upload as been overdubbed with sound. Its a shame there did not decide to pro film a show of this tour as the band did supers ready in full. I went to the leeds queens hall gig & what a fantastic gig it was & my ears was ringing when i come out after the show
I've never seen a video show just what a genesis light show meant to us fans, and this is the best I've seen. The sound is excellent, the colors so rich. The rub is the incomplete clips.
Choppy, but that's what we had then - ty - the shots of Tony, Daryl and Phil were awesome and the vague shots of Chester Thompson on drums thru the mist were great....Saw Genesis on tour from 75 thru the 3 sides tour and had 1st row seats above the stage at Penn State's old Rec Hall for Phil's solo tour - talk about amazing!!
