It's not really that hard, make sure you practice when you're alone or when someone knows you're practicing...but screaming is mind over matter. Just do it! Hear yourself make the mistakes, try and fix it...that's what me and my friend did when we covered The Irony of Dying On Your Birthday by Senses Fail, which, by the way, do not try that until you're very good. It kinda hurts your throat afterwards...which sounds so wrong
