Yuk. Why bother? All Rolex watches are over-hyped, over-marketed and coveted by uninformed idiots. Simply, they are just a better than average watch.
More intelligent individuals would buy something both superior and rarer like a Vacheron Constantin, Blancpain or Patek Philippe. Yes, I know they are more expensive, but one can still be obtained for the same price as a vile, gaudy gold Rolex Presidential as worn by a Negro!
@julianc007 oh, and you, man i bet yr like a 30 year old man still living at his mom's, you sound like a factory worker at minimum wage trying to make yourself sound rich to people on youtube who won't get the chance to see what a lying, sorry son of a bitch you are.
i have a rolex watch but i don't know the value of the watch its ROLEX ROL-26 i found it in my grandpa's house in the old storeroom and i don't know what to do with it please help me....its golden and has 3 bottons on the right and 3 circles in the watch and some sentences are written like a passage
hey, i think its a rolex daytona, if daytona is written above the circle at 6 o'clock then you have a shitload of money in your hands, those things cost alot!! especially if its like 50 years old
@helloimjosepe Dude! WTF is your problem?! I just want you to know that you might have a Rolex, two...maybe 10 ! But you will never ever have a Daytona 6263 (vintage) because , first of all, you don't know what that is! Second, it's so rare (and kind of expensive), that you will never even touch one! Peace man! ...And stop hating, whoever you are!
and yet the designs, with the exception of newer yatchmasters etc, have remained relatively unchanged. This can be a good or bad thing depending on your tastes. I find the more "retro designs" very classy.
The Rolex timepiece on the right has the "Jubilee" type bracelet, whereas the one on the left bears the "Oyster" model. I´ve always disliked the Jubilee model, since the links tend to loosen, causing the whole bracelet to get twisted after some time. I prefer the Oyster type, it looks more solid and more up-to-date.
its weird because the new rolexs and the old rolexs look identical and they never think of new ideas, they just try to improve the same watch. What is the point!!!!
Nice Pussy Galore.

Yes its a collectible watch but not collectible enough because the dial has been re-lumed!
iloveshittyassholes 9 months ago
My collection worth more than that. Even $15000 is cheaper than my one Vacheron Constantin Overseas.

@tnak004 vid, or it didn't happen.

Only criticism is the slight disregard for the crystal when you flip the watch over and such.

Really great and informative video. How do you estimate the age of a Rolex--without the catalog?
accountabilabuddy1 4 years ago
The ID numbers on the case give a reference to the year the watch was made, and what type of movement it has inside.
And in this case, the crown guards and differences in the luminous paint also help determine the age.
