  • are you still offering this?- im 22 never bought real estate don't know a whole lot on it. I don't really know where too begin ive called a couple of investors and don't really know what too say. ive talked with real estate agents from different relaters some don't know what im talking about which i was expecting, others act interested in helping me flip tell me they'll get back too me and never follow up.... so its getting fustrating really nice video's by the way

  • Can flipping be done without directly connecting the two parties? I heard that you can put $100 down on contract from the seller, and turn around and sell it to the buyer. Is this true?

  • Yeah, but you're buyer has to be willing to fund the deal and sign the paper work first in most cases but it can be done
