i dont know what you're trying to do? if you want a beach lot, you'll have to get vacation for sims bon voyage.. then use the beach lot as a neighborhood lot but put it close to the waters edge (you'll see) and then build house. the objects in this video belong at TSR you will have to download some of them.
Can you put the link somewhere else because i dont really want to join the website because if i do i would have to put my email and they will keep on spaing me so please something like rapid share or mod the sims 2?

The waves come with the beach lot that came with the game Bon Voyage.
