Oryx, is a tough animal, you must shoot

fast and double your shot immediately

to anchor him.... very good meat,

for me the best of all wild african

animals

They brought some of those Gemsbok from Africa to Southern New Mexico a couple of years back. They managed to adapt to the environment, and have grown twice the size. They're lottery tagged in the state. They're antlers are twice the size of that one the hunter just bagged.
