Not all skinny people have eating disorders, just like not all overweight people are lazy or overeat.

You see, there's this thing called a metabolism. Some people have fast ones and can pretty much eat whatever they want and not gain a pound. Whereas people with slow metabolisms body processes food slower, so they have to work at it a bit more.
