@underscore84 That works.. I usually just use it mono because kicks are supposed to be mono anyways.. I don't really remember anything about this video and don't feel like watching it, so I'm not sure what I even said about mono haha. Either way, I'm glad u found something that works for you!
@CTRLSHFT electribe does not have midi program change setting. that means using electribe with mbase only be able to play same pattern or song? unless mbase has midi program change off
@ninkosan I see, you have already figured this much out. So, try turning the mbase midi prog change off (like u said) or look into using a program like MIDI pipe in your computer to filter out the Program Change messages. MIDI Pipe is free. This means you will have to route the midi into the computer and back out to the MBase, if thats possible, it will def. work. I will see if I can figure anything else out, but it may be a few days.
@ninkosan Hmmm, I'm not sure if I had that problem.. I rarely use those two machines in this way. It was mostly for the video. I do know that the Electribe is kind of over-active in the MIDI dept. It does a lot of preset changing to itself and other MIDI hardware. What is probably happening is a Program Change message is being sent through the MIDI connection. Check the manuals and see if there is a way to turn Program Change functions off. Hope that helps.

i have similar set that you have, electribe midi out to mbass 11 midi in.
but when electribe change pattern, mbass preset change as well.
do you have any way solve this issue?

@ninkosan I don't own an Electribe, but it sounds like you may have a MIDI program change setting enabled, this will need to be turned off.

put the mbase into a mono input on your mixer and have that going to a mono channel in your daw
