This does not appear to be the same picture. While it's impossible to tell from the original video, this does not look much like Olivium, nor should it be on the terminator.

No. But this looks like a bridge. I would say it looks like a glass bridge, looking at the partial shadow. It would be darker if it was like the surrounding 'rocks' shadows. This is of course speculation. Faith Magazine had an article on moon structures around Archimedes and the mountain range to the south. there too are bridges just like the one on this video. They too hve spheres along the archway.I have seen them myself using an 8" scope at about 300x.
