@Brooke12190 That is not a healthy solution. Not eating makes the body use muscle for energy so it can hang on to the fat stores for as long as possible.
I chose this since it is possible to drink alot of water and coffee and then sweat it all out so you could have water loaded 2-4kg and then sweated it out.. possibly with more excess
and dont go starving yourself! if you do, your body will go innto famine moad, and any food that you do eat will be stored to fat.
HEALTHY not tiny, diet and exercise are all yoou need. start off your day with protein and it will keep you going for ages, train yourself to reach for the fruit bowl, not the biscuit tin .

Not if you run like 3 miles every day or get on the elyptical. aroebic exersizes burn fat.
