i have one question about suplemental HHo on motorbike: how much Hydrogen is necessary to produce to run eficiently the motorbike(i mean how many Litres per minute for suplemental system with gasoline) and how much power it consumes?
I have motorbike with aprox 300 W alternator(aprox 21 Ampers current) and wouldnt like to overcharge it.

Engine stalled maybe becoz of the fuel/HHO starvation, I guess reservoir needed for constant supply of hydrogen to thecarb. I also saw that yur cell was rather small maybe a bigger capacity cell wud help u overide this short supply.... Good job otherwise
Thank you for the practical work and fine craftsmanship on the KTM. Yes the more people work on it themselves the further we all get. I will also be building, next to what I already built, a small cell for a motorbike.
I agree with you it takes many designs of cells in order to gather experience about what works best for different conditions of use. Low amperage is the key to avoid overload of the electrical car system and I have to really work on that issue of efficiency.
You say you custom make your injector tips is the modification for the motorcycle or in general for all HHO apps? If it is just for motorcycles then what kind would you approve of for a 97 grand prix what wondering?
I think you are one of the leading efforts in getting HHO off the ground and in to peoples heart as a true fuel source. Unlike some of the other ppl who built a HHO generator and never really have put it to any realistic tests like attaching it to their motorcycle or car. You did and you should feel great to be a great example for me and other future HHO dry cell builders.
Does the pump you use help a lot with the distrubition and how much does it help? Also is the 316L Stainless steel you used better then 304 just wondering? Like does it have better conductivity or work better?

there is no way it was running pure.... unless you had it running way lean or you generator is able to produce enough hho to fill the displacement of the engine at rpm(it would have to be much larger than that)
now as a supplemental unit that enhances the flame kernel by speeding the flame front i am sure it work fine, but you will still have to produce quite a bit.

Engine stalled maybe becoz of the fuel/HHO starvation, I guess reservoir needed for constant supply of hydrogen to thecarb. I also saw that yur cell was rather small maybe a bigger capacity cell wud help u overide this short supply.... Good job otherwise

Thank you for the practical work and fine craftsmanship on the KTM. Yes the more people work on it themselves the further we all get. I will also be building, next to what I already built, a small cell for a motorbike.
I agree with you it takes many designs of cells in order to gather experience about what works best for different conditions of use. Low amperage is the key to avoid overload of the electrical car system and I have to really work on that issue of efficiency.

You say you custom make your injector tips is the modification for the motorcycle or in general for all HHO apps? If it is just for motorcycles then what kind would you approve of for a 97 grand prix what wondering?

I think you are one of the leading efforts in getting HHO off the ground and in to peoples heart as a true fuel source. Unlike some of the other ppl who built a HHO generator and never really have put it to any realistic tests like attaching it to their motorcycle or car. You did and you should feel great to be a great example for me and other future HHO dry cell builders.

Does the pump you use help a lot with the distrubition and how much does it help? Also is the 316L Stainless steel you used better then 304 just wondering? Like does it have better conductivity or work better?

We had this bike running on pure HHO (ON IDLE ONLY) as we gave it gas it stalled

there is no way it was running pure.... unless you had it running way lean or you generator is able to produce enough hho to fill the displacement of the engine at rpm(it would have to be much larger than that)
now as a supplemental unit that enhances the flame kernel by speeding the flame front i am sure it work fine, but you will still have to produce quite a bit.
