The right way to pronounce icecream is "bing - chi - lean", if I had to write it phonetically.

And for the guy who asked what hamburger is, it's simply "han-bao-bao", and if you need to order food, say "wo yao ___ (oowa yow"- maybe "shui (pronounced shway)" which means water, or some "Cou - ca -cou -la (pronounced Co-ca-co-la)"which the translation should be obvious.

If you find you need to insult someone's mother while in China, just for with "ni de mama hen da (nee duh mama hun dah)". :D
