After going after BNY Mellon, I'm surprised - and very happy - that this guy is still alive.

He's going after the big, really big guys.

Madoff was a medium sized fish compared to what he's after now.

Wall Street is the same as OTB, and you see what happened to OTB. Does Anyone KNOW how much, of the 50 Billion that Bernie Madoff stole, was actually recovered. I heard that it was less than 900 million. MADOFF is in jail laughing his ass off.What Irony; he MADOFF with all your money.And his punishment!!! 150 years in FEDERAL prison. Not a REAL jail like San Quentin or any real penal institutionm he gets a "Corporate Timeout" at a Federal Resort protected from all those he stole from.

Technically Germany owes Greece(with today's inflation) about 110 billion dollars in unpaid wartime reparations also the Greeks didn't profit from lying about the Euro in fact it is highly suspicious that they even did that, nothing was gained from joining the Euro, Greece was a growing economy eating out of a silver spoon also the fact that Goldman Sachs was involved in all of this makes you think of a certain conspiracy on the whole thing.

My only criticism of Mr. Markopolos is his comment "I knew within 5 minutes it wasn't real". His natural human intuition, that may have been true, but scientifically - BS. For example, an annual 10-K on average is about 175 pages in length. I've a junior forensic analyst. Not on the same level as Markopolos mathematically, however I'm positive my aggregate and CAGR returns are much higher than his. I'm telling you as fact, he scientifically had no idea within 5 minutes about Madoff's fund./

I guarantee you have someone in your immediate family who has had a 401K through work, an IRA, a Mutual Fund, or a Stock at some point in their life.
