The band played this song a 1/2 step to high which is hell on singers. I think Dio himself might of had trouble in this tuning. Please check out my page to hear Whit singing Heaven and Hell in the proper key, its a world of difference.

I'm very impressed at how well it captured the guitar and bass tones.

Whit's a great singer but he's a bit offkey indeed. Could be bad monitoring - loud bass makes you sing off-key sometimes.

Also, that solo was pretty cool.
