You missed my point which is that it is not his natural accent.If you listen to Liam in interviews you can notice immediately that his accent is Yorkshire.The accent he portrays in Billy Elliott is clearly NE England.I suppose if he has had the ability to portray that accent from an even younger age than I thought then it enhances even more his talent.However if you are trying to convince me that the NE England accent is Liam's natural accent then I would have to politely disagree with you.

It wasn't nerves. Because the audience was clapping he was unable to hear the music. When the chord changed he realised he missed the first few lines so he changed it very quickly and almost uncatchable. He is quite a pro and barely missed a beat!

the guy who played the older billy in the film was Adam Cooper, asn he is from London, UK and the ballet was by Matthew Bourne who is also from London. So it isn't exactly an americanin ballet or production :)
