@buffi65 hey this is bobby susie grandson hey when did she past i just heard about it my mom told me sent me the video nice memorial here and mamaw looks just a like i would been there if i knew
I saw this when you first put it up, and I thought "Oh, people are going to mistake this lady for the film actress from Oz!" I hoped I was wrong, but looks like I wasn't. It's a lovely tribute to a woman who looks, from these pictures and video, like one strong lady. What a wonderful remembrance.
This is not the Margaret Hamilton from Wizard of Oz. She was just a normal plain spoken woman who grew up working in cotton fields. She did not have a glamorous life but she had a lot of people who loved her. This memorial was made by her grand-daughter and posted for family. The title is self explanatory.
If this is not the lady from the Wizard of Oz, you need to clarify this in better English in your title for people will just think this lady is still the same person but the pictures are not from the Wizard of Oz movie. If she is the same person, you should say this in your information box on the right side of the screen!

Wow....That's GREAT!!!!! She lived a long life ,God blessed her with a wonderful life, family and a for- sure spot in heaven !!! My Respect goes out to you Margaret Hamilton !!!!
Pictures of older people remind me of my parents...mom was 80 when she passed and dad is 90 this year. There was a simple way about these people, unlike today, and they really cared about others...has technology and the cares of this world affected us that much??
This is a beautiful memorial, this is what memories are made of, people who care from this beautiful womans era are leaving this earth I wish I could go live in there time period at least there was love God Bless her relatives
I went to the same college! No idea when I applied to Wheelock (Boston) that she was an alum! Played Wicked Witch in Oz- 7th grade- loved character & Maggie ever since!
Just randomly stumbling into this, but this is really beautiful and... my deepest condolences.
