Half of the floats are japanez and their voices are so high I cant take it ceriousley LOL.

they've done this sort of thing b4 (the version of the soundtrack that played in DCA up until January was practically a direct lift of the Tokyo soundtrack from the original parade there (they remastered the tracks & made it have a more stereo type sound)

Uhh so basically its Main Street Electrical Parade on steroids? And the score? Yeah...I'm gonna give it a no. It's huge and modern, but defeats the purpose of the magic behind the idea.

Didn't Dreamlights used to have a Diamond mine to go along w/ Dopey's train. Diisneyland got theirs back along w/ the Pleasure island floats,asif that wasn't cool enough they are going to use the Dreamlights soundtrack!

originally, yes. i'm guessing Japan wanted to get out with the old and in with the new. meanwhile here in California, we're perfectly fine sticking to the classics :-).

i like this parade alot, but i prefer the original Disney's Main Street Electrical Parade. I love any version of the electrical parade though!

I'm guessing the characters in costume are the ones that speak japanese - as opposed to the "real life" characters.

Disney recorded the whole score in USA, so that could tell why only 1/3 of the characters speak Japanese.

ahha i think they talk the same amount as the original electric parade...but true the WDW Version Spectromagic they don't talk at all
