I think that this idea may be implemented as a COMMERCIAL project (i.e. self-funding) by Google, so it not need be considered as a "Google donation" if it wins.
I LOVE the concept, so much so, I became one of the first VIP members much before the comapany launch. Unlike other social networks, TOFA provides a person with tangible interpersonal growth through workshops on a local level to enhance the connections brough through the coins. It is a win/win on every level
I am watching this TOFA thing go in all different directions spreading and expanding enveloping and gathering people all together wrapped in this giant networked global blanket that make people feel better in this life.
