Worst case of cheat I have ssen in a long time... I bet you cant close it once whitout a set!

peter: just to clarify : its not called "cheat" actually i set the gripper to paralell position and did 7 reps.Fell free to watch my last video(choked 42 mm with my #3) i missed it by 1mm. thanks for saying i did the "worst case of cheat" its a honour! i train mainly paralell sets but i can do easely one TNS rep with my hard #2.(i filled this #2 gripper to 1 cm each side).

You got the strenght you got regrdless of how you set the grippers... But how about that Elisabeht Horne doing 11 reps on coc :00)) Impressive or what?!?

Dude nice close, but seriously, you need to get some oil on that spring its seriously squeaky! The friction will be making it harder than its supposed to be.
