I don't think you have to be so somber about this. Its not like the existence of a youtube account is a tole on your life, and its not like if you stopped posting videos for a while you'd lose all your subscribers. If I were you I'd just be realistic, say you don't have time to post many vids, but if you ever want to, you can. I don't think its necessary to be so dramatic. Leave the channel up, post when you want to, or don't.
