I like both Kirk and Dave, Dave is definitley better but Kirk is the shit because he can pull off many different solo'ing styles like take anything off load and the listen to the stuff he has on "Justice". I like dave because hes just overall godly and that I also play guitar and my soloing style is similar to his. Both bands are fucktastic. Megadeth & Metallica \m/!!!!!

That's why I'm glad Dave was kicked out of Metallica. It was messed up how they did it, but Metallica wouldn't have lasted very long with Dave, James, and Lars butting heads all the time, and Megadeth would never have happened if Dave stayed. Kirk is a good mediator between James and Lars, and that's why he's a better fit for Metallica, regardless of who's a better guitarist.

I am a huge fan of both bands. Yeah, Megadeth play faster than Metallica. They have also stayed closer to their roots than Metallica. 90's Metallica was okay. It helped get me through some rough times. Megadeths music is the same. Lot of lyrics that i can relate to.I enjoy listening early music of both bands. End Game is a master piece. DM is an okay record.
