Hey any idea what I did to mine! It was off and got a little wet. I let it dry out fully before hooking it up to anything, but it won't work. Its the exact same as yours. I've taken it apart and can't see anything majorly wrong with it.

Actually the main point of the box is not to just split the power between the 2. The main purpose is to take the input voltage of 12V and jump it up to over 600V to light the cathode tubes.

Yeah I forgot to mention that it splits, and changes the power current.

Whats does 5.0mAv mean could i wire 2 cold cathodes into a 12v ac/dc adapter that puts out 1000mA

If you wire these cathodes to a 12v the bulbs would go out.. the purpose of the inverter is to convert that 12v power to the power these cathodes use to power.

Ok im going to cut the wire from the molex - Black and white ones Then wire to a 12v dc 1000mA and connect it to inverter hopes it works...oh and black is neg and red is pos right

White one? There's no white on a molex.

The red is a 5v, blacks are grounds, and yellows are 12v.

You want to use the included molex connector and connect it to your power supply..

they sell these on xoxide. You can get a set of dual cathodes with this inverter for around 5-10 bucks

Do you know any stores/online stores where they sell just the inverter box? My inverter box went bad or something and now I need to get another one but can't seem to find just the box by itself. If you could point me in the right direction, thank you very much. cool vid by the way.

A friend had one of those that was noise activated when he claps the cathodes turn on, i don't know if this one is the same but it looks similar

those have sound modules that are seperate from this box i believe
