Neat little flashlight. I've never owned a Novatec, but it does look solid from the video...
There are some great lights available these days. Fenix makes several nice ones that run on AA's Most around 100-200 lumens. I'm amazed there are people who still carry bulb lights.
I actually use a larger EagleTac M2XC4. Runs on 2 18650 cells, with 800 lumen output. Basically, it's like holding a light saber. You need a backpack for EDC, but it's a stunning light.
