btw... just to let you know that I was in Estepona a couple of weeks back and learnt some tricks about how to succeed with Sardinas a la brasa from an expert and last week I got a master class on paella .... when my daughter comes back from her vacation I'll ask her to edit/put up the videos - she is much better at that than I am ... (so look out for them ... se has user id yaiyasmin)...
