I like the way the sample is structured, but the sample, lead vocal (which doesn't "ride" the sample well), the chanting, the original music (of J's song) and J's higher pitched "I wanna be where you are" refrain is just too much. All the "new" stuff is just thrown on top of the sample and it doesn't just work itself out.

I like several of J's songs, but not whatever this is.

Relax. First off, shes not a new artists. She's been around for a long time. Second, artists use samples from other songs because that sample probably goes good with the song, like in this case. It has nothing with ruining someone elses hit. Its just crazed "fans" like you who think that everyone is after the artist you are obsessed with.
