Okay, I've figured out a way based on what you've done to Array the 4 faces perfectly
Right before adding the Array modifier, switch to edit mode by pressing TAB, then press A to deselect everything, and then select the lower left corner of your plate, then Ctrl+S / Cursor to Selection, this will snap the 3D cursor onto that selected vertex, now hit TAB again to go back to object mode, and in your Editing screen you'll see under Mesh menu the Center Cursor button, click it...

You could have done Ctrl R then hit the number 2. This would have evenly made two lines instead of doing them one at a time. :o)
