Those upper amgyxa exercises will turn you into an absolute monster. I have been setting new PRs weekly with other really hard words since starting them. Excellent training video!

The training advice in this video is total BS. The only REAL way to target the phosophohippoerection group is to do one legged kettlebell pistols on a wobble board. I've been doing them for almost 6 months and I'm benching 135x5, so I should know.
housepony84 did you let him know that the famous Kerry overfelt does these and they are one of his the best exercise to do. Kerry has everyopne of his clients preform these. He will charges you double if you don't get them right. Next time you want to do get on the treadmill and do walking lunges just let him know there is no one else better then K.o when it comes to workingout.

I was doing the walking lunges on the treadmill at my gym and the gym manager told me I could not do this and made me stop.
It pissed me off.
