@Mariianna31 Make sure you are on the 3.0 firmware and if you are, then you can try the steps I have in the description for Mac users (Even if you have a PC).

@Sp00nska You're gonna need to downgrade, hust search on youtube or google: "How to downgrade [Device Name EXAMPLE: iPod Touch 1G] from 3.1.2 to 3.0

@starlets17 Hmmm... I would try the written guide I have in the description for mac users (Even if you don't have a mac). If it doesn't work, then you might want to unjailbreak your device and then jailbreak it again (I have a video on how to do this)

Ummm, it might have to do with what firmware you're on. Try the steps in the video description that I marked for mac users.

I don't think this guide works for 3.1.2, I've only tried it on 3.0, so that might be the problem. Just search my videos for "SSH" and you will find my video on how to SSH.

I've recently jailbreaked my ipod touch 2G 3.0. Cydia worked first time but then when it was updating etc, it crashed. And now it crashes everytime I'm on the loading at Cydia program. So I tried to re-jailbreak but that didn't work either, same problem. Now I tried the program you recommended, but my Windows 7 keeps crashing it. Any Idea?

Yea, I think the program does not work for Windows 7. If you know how to SSH, you can try the guide i put in the description that was originally for mac users. It's the same thing as the program, except you just have to do it manually.

Hey the fixcydia worked for me and I have a windows vista... But then like a week after my cydia crashed while updating some apps like categories and I went to go fix it but on the computer it said fixcydia has stopped working... Way should I do know to fix it?

FixCydia deletes something from your cydia app that should prevent it from crashing. You cant delete something twice. That's why you got the error. You can only run the FixCydia app once.

did you restore your iphone before you updated? you cannot update a jailbroken device because it causes problems. you have to restore you're device, and then jailbreak.

It's the same one, I just added an extra light to make it all brighter, which improved the quality.

It shouldn't be doing that. Ooooohhhhhh, you meant the webcam? I thought you meant that your iPod was doing this. The webcam I use is an auto focus hp webcam and although it's a little annoying, I can't change it.
