Probably some small venue, like a cafe. But no that's not a wig....I believe this was around when he was filming Little Ashes and he played Salvador Dali. He had black hair that was slicked back in the film.

I live near LA , so I think this right before TWILIGHT came ou a couple of weeks before he blew up to fame. I didn't even know it was Rob Pattison.. at the time.. cuz he went by D last name and he had a wig. Anyways, I saw him live @ gig and he is AMAZING. My fav. song he did is I'll be your lover too by Van Morrison cover. I wish I had video taped it but I got pictures and an autograph from him.
