I have been there many times. This is a very beautiful city. Borders unbelieveable. However some of these things either don't exist or have not yet been built. It is very modern and has one of the lowest crime rates in the world. It also has the most hookers on earth!! Seriously! From every nation and color. Don't go downtown after 10 pm...just saying.. Also, it is 1,000 degrees in the summer.

WENT TO THIS HOTEL IN DUMBAI AND THOUGHT I WAS ON DRUGS! WEIRD STUFF. I TRIED A BARBECUED SNAKE FOR DINNER. REALLY AWSOME ! AND ARAB WINE ! FOR DESSERT IAFGHAN HUSK HASH. REALLY A TRIP! BURST- ALL- ARABS THE NAME OF THE HOTEL. AND THE BELLY DANCER WAS FROM KOREA!

@AppleOnIce Most of the money from there building comes from outside investors to say it came from Oil profit is false , plus there king set fourth to change it to a tourist area in the mid 90s when oil was cheap knowing there oil reserves where going to run out.
