Awesome cover! I love Tool! how long did it take you to actually learn the song and how many takes did it take to record this perfectly? once again great job :D

@JamezOnDaDrumZ Thanks friend - I probably spent six hours practicing this over the course of a week to get it nailed down. The double bass/toms riff at the end (before the solo) was a lot harder than I expected. I recorded about 6 takes of the song - you're seeing one take for the song, and another for the solo here.

@0000JETT Thanks dude! This one did take a long while to compose. It was mostly the production of this thing that was a pain. One of my cameras crapped out on the take I wanted to keep, so I had to do the end solo over again on a separate take.

@AllanR3z4 The image of a snake entwined on a staff is currently mostly associated with an ambulance (EMS 'star of life'), which is most similar to the Greek Rod of Asclepius (god of medicine). But images of coiled snakes go far beyond medicine and healing. Also known as the Caduceus, a symbol of the Greek god Hermes, inventor of magical incantations, and thus important to alchemist, but also to the hermetic arts, where it has come to be associated with mysticism and chakras around the spine.
