  • you are welcome! Enjoy

  • Thank You.

  • Thx for the reply. Are all your plates gelatin? Do you just make a few and keep reusing them? I'm going to try this. I have a bunch of Akui inks H2O soluble. Are these much different than the ones in the tubes?

  • Well It would be fun to come to Santa Barbara - but....long trip for one class. So I say just jump in try it. That's what I did. Watch the videos and be willing to experiment and try anything that you think of. I use speedball water based inks and Daniel Smith water soluble inks. I have tried, acrylic paints - just don't let the paints dry on your brayer. Speed ball soft rubber brayer and you are good to go. Have fun.

  • I love this. Just learning print making. Need to take a class, don't know the best supplies, clean up, etc. Any suggestions? I live in Santa Barbara. Want to come and teach me?????

  • did you paint the leaves then put the paper on top????

  • Thanks for your question. I ink the plate and then put the leaves down as stencils. I make one print with the leaves on the plate. And then I pick up the leaves and make another print. Check out my first video. It is alot easier to see than to read about the process.

  • Great stuff, Linda - I love it!
