does the software support import of clip art or other graphics say tattoo flash art..? can i import graphics i create else were to cut a mask to be used for airbrush and glass etching..?

Again perfect demonstration! I just wished I saw this before I sold my robo! Anyway, we have a craft robo pro at work and the program used with it is called 2D design and doesn't recognise files which are opened on the pro master program. Anyway is it possible to download the software n driver for the robo online or should I order the CD as nobody seems to know where the CD is! Thanks.

oh question question... i'm always ending up with a problem where the cutter leaves a white outline around the right side of the image, but then cuts over the image on the left side... as if the cut is shifted just a tiny tiny little bit to the side. what is causing this?

this sounds like a calibration issue. It's pretty easy to resolve and get your cutter back on track. But calibration can only be done using a PC: because you will be using the Craft ROBO Controller Software to perform calibration. Please refer to Chapter 3 Craft ROBO Controller Operations in your User Manual pdf: specifically 3-15 to 3-17 sections in the User Manual pdf contains calibration instructions.

@gamingmidget. yes, small companies and hobbyists are using the CC330 and Silhouette SD for exactly that application. But if you're looking to run a production, the CE5000-40 (Craft ROBO Pro) would serve you better: larger, wider vinyl capability, faster cutting speed and professional servo motor will last years of production cutting.

im looking at getting something to cut out paint masks on vinyl, which would then stick onto plastic to cut and be easy to peal off, would the robo be good for this, sorry i dont know anything about these machines, any help would be apreciated

Since you're asking ;) — I would go with either Epson, Canon or HP. I honestly can't say that any one brand is better than the other. You can judge on your own by looking at specs and which model puts out the highest dpi. Also factor in the cost of inks; compare each of these brands. If you're going to be printing at high dpi settings often, then ink cost is definitely something you should consider.
