Although this is a lovely video there is no useful information it it! The couple in it are NOT wearing the temple ceremonial garments because they are forbiden to outside of the temple.
well im not gona candy coat it for you fokes''im 48 yea a church member and yes 11 kids well off have large farm and love all 4 of my wives ther younger than me and i sin have some wat ''lol of a difrent way of life than the LDS church but i have love a plenty of it im not lying it a way of life for me not a religen so hell get over it and ill try to get over yall ty
lmfao did you see that ugly mormon cunt wearing god who knows what?? Probably infested with numerous STD's. It's funny how they have no friends, so they are at a temple alone and no one is there to even support them.
i geet worry about mormons when they get to inside the mormonism, do you know that is a point in the mormon church where if you whant to get out of there you cant becouse they kill you, they use what they call, THE ANGELS OF THE REVENGE. is a group that want to destroy your life. if you leave the organization. without anyone knowing it was them. i hope you know all this things.
@AnitaCheesecake You stated, "wanting to go into a mormon temple without being a mormon is jut like wanting to visit saudi arabia without dressing like a muslim." No its not. Totally irrelevant to what I am saying. I've been to the Middle East AND been INVITED to a Mosque during prayer! I had to take off my boots and helmet, but that was it. I witnessed everything during that service because THEY HAD NOTHING TO HIDE! Once again, missing the point I am making!
@AnitaCheesecake By the way, you don't have to dress like a Muslim to visit Saudi Arabia. If you are a male, you dress how you normally dress here in the United States as long as it is modest and not vulgar. Women visiting Saudi Arabia from other countries do have to wear a hijab (a head scarf) when in public there.
May i ask why are people flaming a video of such love between and women and a man? Whether you are mormons or not you cannot say these people do not love each other. Please i ask be kind you are anonymous on the internet but please have some decorum and respect other peoples life's.
This is a great vid and has been a corner stone for me in my life :) i will be getting married in 2013 :) i hope so get a video like this made of me and my love to cherish :)
Where's the part where the couple must separate to be stripped naked, then showered and "anointed" (soaped up ALL OVER) by a stranger, then given a hospital gown to wear? What about the section when Satan gives them their Masonic apron? I'll bet they'll not forget THOSE part of their wedding day for all eternity!
I hope you don't actually believe any of that.. For one, it's absurd--if that ACTUALLY happened, Latter-Day Saints would not be in this faith. As an FYI, every one of those rites that you refer to (anointing, endowment, and sealing) are all very sacred, and are intended to represent symbols that bring us to a greater knowledge of Christ and His atoning sacrifice. You'll notice I'm being broad--that's the point. If you're really interested, have milk before the meat.
@nathguen I get my information from people who have been in your "church" and speak out about it after they have left (in disgust.) You can find these testimonies anywhere on youtube.
@dinksta Also lets not forget about the "secret name" given to wives by their husbands during the ceremony! I know of a woman who died in a nursing home absolutely TERRIFIED that her husband would not remember her "secret name" to get her into Heaven. He died two years before of Alzhiemers.
Did you Mormons catch that part, she died TERRIFIED!
People can believe and worship whoever and whatever they want. My problem is when someone, like Mormons as an example, tell only a portion of what their faith is about. They leave out things such as when they die they become a god themselves of their own planet or that their president/prophet speaks DIRECTLY with God all the time. Or how blacks were condemned to be members because they were cursed by God.
ANY religion that fails to reveal EVERYTHING they believe is subject to question.
You cannot judge us based on your belief alone. You have yours, I have mine. If you do not want to do anything with the church, then please leave us in peace. Anyone who has a problem with what I say, go to lds.org and find out why/how. I will not explain anymore. I will leave you with this. Our temples deserve respect, whether you are a member or not. We deserve that much, as do all of you.
@robinsonscottR I'm not judging you based on MY belief. I am stating facts as I have read them and from current and former members of the LDS church. I have been to LDS.org and it does not tell what the church truly believes. It only gives a shallow and superficial view of what the LDS church wants everyone to see. Its only when you dig deeper into the LDS faith that you find inconsistencies. Like I said, you can believe what you want, but I will continue to share what I know is the truth.
I do not desire rudeness but I shall be plain in my words. I want you to describe the taste of salt to someone who has never tasted it before...and you cannot use "salty or salt in any sentence". Impossible isn't it? Hence, if you are not LDS, and/or if you do not obey & follow the commandments of God, I can explain myself to sleep, yet you shall deny and never understand why.
What verses in the Book of Mormon ("the truest book on the face of the earth") talk about temple marriage being essential for salvation? And when you are sealed for time and all eternity, what happens when you are creating your own worlds and your family members are creating their worlds, how are you to be together? If God is the only God from everlasting to everlasting, where do millions of other progressed Gods come into the equation?
@jeanniem76 You're asking too many questions. Don't question, don't look too closely or the jig is up. Just believe what you're told and don't think. You are harder to control if you do otherwise.
Why are non Mormons not permitted to attend a Mormon temple wedding? Because they are not "worthy" of being in the temple. By the way this video does not show a temple marriage.
@renegade1alpha -Certain things in the church are considered sacred and unless given authority by church authority leaders and other circumstances, it is not allowed to enter into the temple. Only LDS people are allowed correct, but some of them can't enter either.
@robinsonscottR Before Christ was crucified, in the temple all the sacred rituals were done in secret behind a curtain. As soon as he died on the cross, the curtain was torn in two. This was to signify that nothing is to be hidden to those that believe in him. (Matt 27:51) The Mormon church has secret rituals and rites that they don't want people who are "not worthy" to see. THAT is the reason for the secrecy.
You can go anywhere you like in my church because we have nothing to hide, do you?
@renegade1alpha I do not want to bible bash so I will not quote scripture to counter. I will say this. In any religion, there are things restricted to members or outsiders based on certain aspects. These restrictions could be: never getting to heaven or not entering the church. Example: every religion says, "Unless you----you will not go to heaven." Hence, if you are not LDS, or worthy, you cannot enter our most sacred buildings. Bad explanation but if you truly want to know more...LDS.org.
@robinsonscottR Not in ANY religion, only those that have something to hide have "sacred" places within their churches. NO CHURCH or church official can keep a person out of heaven, only God can. My church is sacred because it is a house dedicated to worshiping the Lord, but even you as a Mormon can go anywhere you like in that building because we have nothing to hide. If the LDS church has nothing to hide it would show the temple ceremonies. LDS.org does not tell the truth. Want examples?
@robinsonscottR Mormons believe the following; Jesus and Satan are brothers. When they die they (the men) will become a god of their own planet and have many celestial wives. That the current president of the LDS church is a prophet and personally speaks to God. They wear undergarments embossed with "magic" emblems to protect them from evil.
@renegade1alpha Pretty well, except for left out details. True Satan is a son of God, but rebelled against him and was cast out. True all men have the OPPORTUNITY of becoming Gods but that is determined by baptism, confirmation of the Holy Ghost, Melchizedek priesthood (held by man but woman uses it through her husband), married in the temple and enduring to the end, (those are the basics). Then they will become Gods after a resurrection and a judgement by God.
@robinsonscottR NOWHERE in the Bible does it say that Satan was a son of God... NOWHERE! That is something taught by the LDS church. As far as Mormons becoming gods (spelled with a lower case g. Upper case G puts you on the same level as God himself, which you are not) the Bible has this to say: "I am the Lord thy God. You shall have no other gods before me" Exodus 20:3
That includes the gods you think you may become on your planet.
@robinsonscottR Read A Bible, NOT from ur church. Mormons could make the BEST Christians, if they TAKE OFF the blinders&SEE they are worshiping a FALSE JESUS. Galatians 1:8 = If we, OR AN ANGEL (Moroni) from heaven preach ANY OTHER gospel to you THAN THAT WHICH WE have preached, let him be ACCURSED. 2 Corinth 11:14 = And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of LIGHT. John 10:30 = I and the Father are ONE (NOT 2 personages ) Isaiah 45:5 = I AM the Lord, NO OTHER BESIDES ME!
@renegade1alpha No, we will not have many wives, with exception to those who already have multiple wives. (I do not fully understand this concept, someday I will find out). Garments are not "Magical" as you may think of them, they are a physical reminder and symbolic. They protect us spiritually and at times physically based on our faith. You speak some truth, but do not post something you do not know. I did not go into great detail out of respect for my church. Out of respect of God.
@renegade1alpha I respect you and your beliefs. So please respect mine. You can deny and attempt to disproof anything about my religion, yet you can never argue against my testimony.
@renegade1alpha To be worthy to enter the temple you must give a "full tithe" of 10 percent of your yearly SALARY. I know this is contrary to Jesus Christ's teachings on this subject, but then again, MORMONISM IS A FALSE REPRESENTATION OF CHRIST. I was LDS, but Christ set me free!!!
@josephsmithwashere do me a favor and stop pushing your opinion on people that you claim other religions push on people of a non faith. shut up and live your life hun. Just cause i am LDS and i really couldn't give anything about what you say rofl hahah.
@puncegirl "Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven". MAT 22:29-30 The only thing I'm promoting is the word of God. I'm sorry the LDS pervert the Holy Bible for an anti-Christ mormon religion. But I am proud you two are married until "death do you part", God Bless.
@josephsmithwashere dude just because you left the church doesnt mean you have to bring people who still are down. leave your stupid snooty comments to your self before someone gets hurt from yiur comment.
@josephsmithwashere You are an idiot and obviously have never read the bible or know nothing of Christ's doctrine! You conveniently pick and choose which of Christ's doctrine's you want to obey and ignore all of the rest. Don't be surprised if he might just ignore you some day.
@renegade1alpha Well, wanting to go into a mormon temple without being a mormon is jut like wanting to visit saudi arabia without dressing like a muslim. lol stop whyning over something that is not even yours.
@renegade1alpha Anyone can attend, but first they must obey all the rules regarding the temple. One of them is baptism, which also means they receive membership in the church. There are standards. Anyone can obey them. Anyone who doesn't can't enter that most holy of places.
I am as well LDS, It's true we have been nick named mormon because of the book of mormon that read, but we refer to ourselves as Saints or Latter Day Saints. I will continue to love, accept & help all people regardless. Many don't choose to be apart of religions & I am glad we have the freedom to choose our religion here in the U.S. If that is what you feel works for you, I think your choice is great. :) My Religion brings joy to my life & I hope u can support my decision as I support yours. :)
Hahaha. Satanic rituals? Sorry but I just had to laugh. I think people have such the craziest ideas about the mormon church. You have no idea what you're talkng about so don't come up with a crazy idea for your solution. I'm not going to preach to you or tell you to join but atleast get your facts straight.
ok this is bunk, what the heck is this supposed to even be about. ? It is not showing the inside of the temple, hm ,,,why is that? Does anyone even know what satanic rituals that go on inside those temples? They cover themselves with Masionic coverings and symbols, and submit to an eternal marriage...read your bibles ..there is no marriage in heaven so how can it be an eternal marriage? This is just a prop to try to make mormons look like everyone else. Its not of God,, the real Jesus not satan
Nah, I am not buying that it's sacred. I appreciate your time and the response. It know what goes on because I have some friends that are ex-Mormons and they've filled me in on the rituals, handshakes, new names for the husband and wife, etc. It's bizarre and when a religion excludes folks. I have done years of research on this religion and there are so many Masoniac-like rituals. I believe that Joe Smith was a phoney..
@Shutterbug1000 Maybe it does seem cultish, but it is the same in many religions, some rites, etc are exclusive. The entrance to the temple is just one of those things. If you were masonic , it is the same. Just accept that some people have certain things they feel are just too sacred to be shared with just anyone off the street.
this was so beautiful and I feel so sad for all of the negative things being said over someones wedding video! How sad that people have nothing better to do!
THAT FROM MY HEART ASSWIPE YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT FROM NOW ON EVERY MORMON THAT I MEET WILL GET A VERY RUDE GREETING AND BLOODY NOSE IF THEY COME TO MY DOOR STEP ! I GARUANTEE IT....I TRIED TO GIVE YOU TRUTH AND YOU REPORT ME FOR HARRASSMENT
every mormon that doesn't like truth about the faith is a fool!!!
when they think your hurting thier feelings they report you and your account gets deleted...christian MY ASS ! scew them all hope everyone of you fucked up mormons BURN IN HELL !
AND THAT'S FROM THE HEART , I PROMISE YOU I WILL NEVER BE NICE OR KIND TO ANY MORMON ANYWHERE AFTER THIS BULLSHIT FUCK HEAD REPORTED ME..GO SUCK YOUR PROPHETS COCK DUMBASS ! I DONT CARE IF IT GETS DELETED...YOU JUST STARTED WAR WITH ME DICK HEAD !!!!!!
Lets see if you want to violate my freedom of speech ya frickin nut jobs and i'll do what ever it takes to sue youtube and every mormon thats posting negative comments about my account
M'r:7:6: He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
M'r:7:7: Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
M'r:7:8: For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
"I would that ye should come unto Christ, who is the Holy One of Israel, and partake of his salvation, and the power of his redemption. Yea, come unto him, and offer your whole souls as an offering unto him, and continue in fasting and praying, and endure to the end; and as the Lord liveth ye will be saved." Joseph Smith Jr
@ldsense -- "YES! YES! Promote that fear!...The teaching of the church are clear, If you turn away from the priesthood, you will not have forgiveness in this world or the world to come. Very typical of a cult markings!!...
1.)Behavioral Control-Constant reminder of the authority of the leaders.
2.)Information Control
3.)Thought Control-The cult has it’s own language which regulates how a person thinks.
4.)Emotion Control-fear of punishment by the leaders
@ldsense -- That's right I have been reading the Holy Bible...And your marriages end when you die and "does not continue" afterwards and temples are "not" needed unless your brainwashed into thinking you need them...Why do you believe that crap ? 90% of what is taught to you in mormonism is "NOT" biblical...can't you see and understand that ? Your faith teaches you "NOT" to trust in the Holy Bible alone! Your faith teaches you salvation is gained through works! and not by faith alone!...very sad
They are in for a rude awakening! Just one question for you devout mormons, if the B of M contains the fullness of the gospel, why is there absolutely no scripture about temple marriage our endowments, or baptism for the dead??
I am amazed at how people out side the LDS faith have so much to say about something they know nothing about. If you really would like good credible information go to lds.org or faithlds.org
@scottwins2 -- If you actually researched and learned how your Church and it's founder began and the "FACTS" you would not be a mormon...but since you do not know your history or facts you have no idea what is truth and what is false because you do not venture outside the lds bubble where you feel warm and safe. Learn the FACTS! open your eyes, ears, mind to the truth, you have that ability...better yet go ask a christian pastor (Not SDA or JW) other than LDS.
@A1Goku The Gospel has been my life long study and know that Joseph Smith was a man of great character, testimonies of those that knew him radiate to us today. He has many witnesses to the The Book of Mormon, that saw the plates. The teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are concruent with the Bible. I could never follow the NeoPlatistic God that Christianity is following today. "The One God or The Devine" Greek Philosophers for 700 yrs. influenced the Christian Church.
@scottwins2 -- Yeah...that all sounds nice and all that but...none of it is real...the plates, the commandments of LDS faith is not from God...look at how you responded to my posts...your giving all credit to J. Smith...not God...don't you see that ? no credit has been given to the Holy Bible, Jesus, or GOD this is why people like me work hard at trying to expose the fraud that this faith (LDS) is. What you have been taught is a "lie" you don't see it because you have been taught to ignore fact.
@scottwins2 -- When you read your book of mormon...ask yourself some questions like why is their no physical evidence, or why aren't any of these land descriptions anywhere on earth, or where did all the cities go, or weapons, why doesn't this plant or animal fit in this time line with the rest of history the say's the opposite of J. Smith's explanations, or where is the coins that he described found. History has tons of evidence that shows other races, cities, animals, weapons coins existed.
@A1Goku tell me of the physical proofs of Adam and Eve? or Job? or Moses? Study Preclassic Mayan and you can put two and two together. Mayan means born of the water. Where did Nephi come from? the water. Try STELLA 5, noteworthy because of the controversy created by the proposition by Professor M. Wells Jakeman in 1953 that the stone was a record of the Book of Mormon tree of life vision
@scottwins2 -- This tactic of turning the burden of proof is typical of an LDS apologetics and cult teachings...The question was "What is your proof" that the Olmecs are related to the Jaradites? There is no evidence that proves that Olmecs made any kind of oceanic voyage or other areas of great distance. And if you think that the myans are related...it's been proven that there is no DNA connection to the American Indians or mormons..."NONE!!.
@A1Goku Jaradites information matches that of historical documents, yet you will not address stella 5? I will waite. Its more important for you to be right with your minnions than the truth it appears.
@scottwins2 No...you tell me about the Stella 5...burden of proof is yours not mine...also no reply about omlecs ?...why don't you answer it showing proof ?...
Mainstream Mesoamerican scholars do not support linking Izapa Stela 5 to the Bible, the Book of Mormon, or an "out of Africa" theory. For example, Julia Guernsey Kappelman, author of a definitive work on Izapan culture, finds that Jakeman's research "belies an obvious religious agenda that ignored Izapa Stela 5's heritage".
I figured what the hey...anyways...you "really" have no leg to stand on with your claims...Theories and speculations are not facts!.
@scottwins2 I have to credit you for being honest on how strong you feel about your faith..however..since you have the internet and endless search capabilities...go to utlm org it is a website that has mormon history, writtings, videos, and prophet statements with book and page reference with date and year....also watch some clips of Bill Mckeever at BYU on mormonism. Don't keep your head in the sand and saying it's not true what they say about mormons...you need to see the "FACTS!"
@scottwins2 You really need to know the difference between "facts" and "Theories" This is exactly why mormonism is so dangerous...because when you "stop" thinking and blindly believe and follow... this is what happens...you fall for non-truth and are decieved. If a person want's to believe in something strong enough they stop thinking and will believe anything...no matter how absurd it is despite what proof is laid before them.
I left the church at 26 after serving a mission and getting a degree from BYU...I tried so hard, but I knew I would just be deceiving some beautiful girl...because inside, I knew I was gay. Even so, I look back at my heritage with respect and thankful for the way I was raised. I hope that God won't be too hard on me for trying to do the very best thing i can.
@tttravs Your comment was a very sweet one to read. I am also an ex-mormon. I wanted so badly to cling on to the faith for the culture of it, and because it truly did make me feel as though I was a worthwhile human being, but the truth was that I knew it was not real, and to marry a young mormon man would have been utter deceit, because I was certain that I would both break his heart someday, and that my marriage would come to an end if I ever told the truth of my disbelief.
@Ktlc003 Thank you for the compliment, that was very nice of you and I know it took a lot of courage. I know for a fact that when I was a missionary (Spanish, Boston, 2002) that I changed some people for the better--for the rest of their whole lives. Through my prayer and weeping every night, I knew that this Church would not accept me should I continue, but I also knew of nothing so wonderful as bringing the gospel to people who needed it. That's why it's so hard-I still weep at night.
@Ktlc003 (continued) I still love people inside and outside of the Church. In fact, I feel that one of my spiritual gifts is the ability to love where others cannot. I loved everyone I met on my mission, and I hope that at least one of them felt that I sincerely cared for them. For that reason, even though I can no longer deny my homosexual feelings, I know that my mission was a great success and something I will NEVER regret.
@tttravs Good for you, I believe we shouldn't lie to other people and good you know what are your feelings about your sexual orientation. For sure you're trying your best and God will see other good things on you. Blessings.
@tttravs well if you really did go on a mission you should have learned the TRUE LOVE OF CHRIST:) and the mercy he shows on people:) even if you are gay you can always change even if its hard you can. if you dont JESUS DOES SHOW MERCY:)
@navysealllll I have come to a personal understanding of the true love of Christ. I believe Christ accepts each of us for who we are. Further, I do not believe he created a failure--I was created this way, in his image, and my sexual identity is inherent. I have come to know that mercy is in my life everywhere, but in this case, I need not ask to change the way I was made. This is my interpretation of Christ's love.
@tracifaye I still believe in God and in Christ and his mercy. I don't believe that my salvation is contingent upon attendance to an organization that rejects a very fundamental aspect of my being. I was created in my Father's image...He did not make a mistake, therefore I need not repent. Thank you for your kind comment. I believe you are a genuinely nice person trying to help, this has just been my experience.
@tttravs I left my church as well. I believe that God is merciful, that he will understand that I struggled with my faith sincerely and with great difficulty. I believe that God will be merciful to you because you did do the ethical thing. You didn't deceive a wife, future children and you didn't you continue to deceive yourself.
God knows your heart. It sounds like you did the very best you could. Remember mercy. That one concept helped me tremendously. I hope that it helps you.
don't ever let anybody tell you how God will deal with you. your relationship with God is between you and God, and only God can understand whats truly in your heart. i'm not mormon, but i do believe that God is most merciful
When ever i want a little science fiction in my life I turn to the masters of Bull hockey...mormons...every word that oozes from thier lips is utterly and amazingly and astounding.. in belief and just Phenomenally ...."not" credible or worth the time to waste one's breath on to tell them thier out of thier minds. We should all just sit back and relax because when he (Jesus) does come thier in for "ONE HELL OF A SHOCK!!"
One of the most familiar statements I hear from Mormons is "families are forever." Unfortunately, it seems that KEY Mormon Doctrines work against this. A child is sealed to his/her family - for time and eternity, but if he or she marries a Mormon, he/she is sealed to the spouse - who has lready been sealed to his/her family. - Which sealing takes priority? Also, the goal of exultation further complicates this. Instead of being together, the BEST Mormon families will be WORLDS apart. :(
TO ALL THE HATERS!! DNT BE DOWNING the MORMONS! you dont see us critizing on ANY OTHER religion!! WE were TAUGHT to be better than that! imean if yall wanna know more about out church then visit one of the mormon churches around you and you will see that we are not like you say or think we are!?! annoyings! sheesh
@kingj817 You guys say and teach you are the one true church and all others are lost how are you not downing any other religion? And the corny weddings of course are meaningless in the next life you will not have spirit wives and marriages, if you believed what Jesus said you would know this instead you follow blindly all the false prophets. Matt. 22:29-30 Why don't you read it for yourself.
@chambers2300 no prob! imean im sick off people hating on something that they know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about!! imean all they say is "well i heard this and that" its just like a hole that gets bigger and bigger..IM A PROUD MORMON! reppin it to the FULLEST! share your testimony even if they dont listen AT LEAST you tried..its just on there part if they want to listen or not..
@kingj817 yea im a proud one myself too and i just went to the temple for the first time in 2 years and i feel great about it and share testimony daily to ppl at work and my friends .! but everyone is different and i dont judge them i just love them (:
@chambers2300 that is sooo goood! thats the best thing ever to go to the temple!! and dde yea ilove sharing my testimony!yea you are right everyone is different its just on there part if they want to listen or not nd yea i like that dont judge them just love them thank you!
@kingj817 -- If your so correct then display what is "NOT" a factual statement...about the negative LDS commenters...your upset because inside your mind you "KNOW" these comments about how phony your faith is...everything from racism to temple worship and how your faith teaches GOD had a wife...and was once a man...can't you see just how blasphemous that is...not to mention kinda nonsensical...if GOD was a man then how did he come to be one...(the very 1st god) which came 1st egg or chicken ???
But if this wasn't all secret or so sacred, why not let the families in for just the sealing part? Why the hush hush? Why not let mom and dad in to see their son and daughter sealed to each other? Maybe you'd get more converts? Isn't that what you want?
Then of course there is the former "PAY LAY ALE" "PAY LAY ALE" "PAY LAY ALE" which is now replaced by "O GOD HEAR THE WORDS OF MY MOUTH" when they raise their hands above their heads 3 times as part of the covenants they promise in the temple. Now of course most LDS are not allowed to discuss the hand signals, the new names, or the veil, or any of this because it is sacred/secret.
Many brides and grooms who are LDS and later leave Mormonism will remark at how they giggle at each other in their Temple Underwear or how humiliated they are to be hosed down by some stranger in the shower stalls before getting dressed and having their private parts anointed with something like the oil can in the Wizard of Oz as part of the endowment ceremonies.
If the bride is a convert to the LDS religion, she has to get her endowments done the day before her wedding. That is when she will get her bakers cap and apron with the masonic symbols on it. That is when she'll learn the sure sign of the nail, the new name, and go through the veil (all these things are not displayed when the temple is open to visitors before its consecration). Then the next day at their wedding they go the sealing room.
REV 22-16 IS THE BRIGHT AND MORNING STAR-VENUS WORSHIP--ITS ALL ASTROTHEOLOGY-JESUS IS REPTILLIAN WORSHIP-AND HE WAS BARIED IN SRINIGAR-INDIA--ANYWAYS--CHRISTIANITY IS --A THROW AWAY SOLAR CULT RELIGION WAKE UP-THE SAME STORY WAS RUNNING AROUND THE MED FOR `1000 YEARS BEFORE RA HORUS--MYTHRA-KRISHNA-SAME STORIES --IT CAME THRU THE MEROVIGN BLOODLINE THIS RELIGULOUS NONSENSE
ww.youtube.com/watch?v=vkXOwBIRX7Y-please watch and understand ur own bible
They wear the wedding dress and tux OUTSIDE but once inside they have to put on the baker's hat and apron with symbols for the ceremony and go to the Celestial Room for the 5 minute ceremony. Their families are shunned if they are not Mormons. It is a shame. Many converts to LDS who marry Missionaries are so upset by the ceremony and its coldness that they feel as if 'nothing happened.' Its almost like a court house wedding.
@hotbradnsc Not just anyone was allowed into the temple of old. Why should a non-believer be allowed into the sacred rooms of the modern temple? There is no good reason. I am a convert and I don't have a problem with the ceremony. It is not cold, and something most certainly happens. A man and a woman are bound for time and all eternity. That's better than "till death do you part" (which, BTW, is not biblical).
@darkiz7 i am female. There are no secret hand shakes in the temple or the church. You need to learn more about this church before you say crap on here.
For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. Romans 10:2-4
Mormon Temple marriages are nothing like this video. For the truth about the mormon temple endowment watch the recordings that I posted on my youtube channel.
Este es un hermoso video en el cual tenemos muy presente las promesas que tenemos al cellarnos en el templo y alo que aspiramos los santos de los ultimos dias..
But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned ! Galatians 1:8
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. 2 Corinthians 11:13-15
Oh yes, the lovely music and romantic hollywood style slow motion kissing scenes. Oh if only marriage could always be like this!
Mormons think they are the only ones on this earth going to heaven and that if you don't accept their teachings and be baptised by them then the rest of us can't be with god in heaven.
Fact, Mormons have as high a divorce rate as the rest of us! Mormon temple wedding or not. So they can all get off their high horses.
Beautiful couple, beautiful song. I hope you are happy in your married life together.... and fruitful?

@AnitaCheesecake You stated, "wanting to go into a mormon temple without being a mormon is jut like wanting to visit saudi arabia without dressing like a muslim." No its not. Totally irrelevant to what I am saying. I've been to the Middle East AND been INVITED to a Mosque during prayer! I had to take off my boots and helmet, but that was it. I witnessed everything during that service because THEY HAD NOTHING TO HIDE! Once again, missing the point I am making!
renegade1alpha 1 month ago
@AnitaCheesecake By the way, you don't have to dress like a Muslim to visit Saudi Arabia. If you are a male, you dress how you normally dress here in the United States as long as it is modest and not vulgar. Women visiting Saudi Arabia from other countries do have to wear a hijab (a head scarf) when in public there.
Educate yourself.

Where's the part where the couple must separate to be stripped naked, then showered and "anointed" (soaped up ALL OVER) by a stranger, then given a hospital gown to wear? What about the section when Satan gives them their Masonic apron? I'll bet they'll not forget THOSE part of their wedding day for all eternity!
dinksta 2 months ago
@dinksta

ANY religion that fails to reveal EVERYTHING they believe is subject to question.
renegade1alpha 3 months ago
You cannot judge us based on your belief alone. You have yours, I have mine. If you do not want to do anything with the church, then please leave us in peace. Anyone who has a problem with what I say, go to lds.org and find out why/how. I will not explain anymore. I will leave you with this. Our temples deserve respect, whether you are a member or not. We deserve that much, as do all of you.
robinsonscottR 3 months ago
@robinsonscottR I'm not judging you based on MY belief. I am stating facts as I have read them and from current and former members of the LDS church. I have been to LDS.org and it does not tell what the church truly believes. It only gives a shallow and superficial view of what the LDS church wants everyone to see. Its only when you dig deeper into the LDS faith that you find inconsistencies. Like I said, you can believe what you want, but I will continue to share what I know is the truth.
renegade1alpha 3 months ago
I do not desire rudeness but I shall be plain in my words. I want you to describe the taste of salt to someone who has never tasted it before...and you cannot use "salty or salt in any sentence".

@renegade1alpha -Certain things in the church are considered sacred and unless given authority by church authority leaders and other circumstances, it is not allowed to enter into the temple. Only LDS people are allowed correct, but some of them can't enter either.
robinsonscottR 3 months ago
@robinsonscottR Before Christ was crucified, in the temple all the sacred rituals were done in secret behind a curtain. As soon as he died on the cross, the curtain was torn in two. This was to signify that nothing is to be hidden to those that believe in him. (Matt 27:51) The Mormon church has secret rituals and rites that they don't want people who are "not worthy" to see. THAT is the reason for the secrecy.
You can go anywhere you like in my church because we have nothing to hide, do you?
renegade1alpha 3 months ago
@renegade1alpha I do not want to bible bash so I will not quote scripture to counter. I will say this. In any religion, there are things restricted to members or outsiders based on certain aspects. These restrictions could be: never getting to heaven or not entering the church. Example: every religion says, "Unless you----you will not go to heaven." Hence, if you are not LDS, or worthy, you cannot enter our most sacred buildings. Bad explanation but if you truly want to know more...LDS.org.
robinsonscottR 3 months ago
@robinsonscottR Not in ANY religion, only those that have something to hide have "sacred" places within their churches. NO CHURCH or church official can keep a person out of heaven, only God can. My church is sacred because it is a house dedicated to worshiping the Lord, but even you as a Mormon can go anywhere you like in that building because we have nothing to hide. If the LDS church has nothing to hide it would show the temple ceremonies. LDS.org does not tell the truth. Want examples?
renegade1alpha 3 months ago
@robinsonscottR Mormons believe the following; Jesus and Satan are brothers. When they die they (the men) will become a god of their own planet and have many celestial wives. That the current president of the LDS church is a prophet and personally speaks to God. They wear undergarments embossed with "magic" emblems to protect them from evil.
Those are just to name a few.
How am I doing so far robinsonscottR?
renegade1alpha 3 months ago
@renegade1alpha Pretty well, except for left out details. True Satan is a son of God, but rebelled against him and was cast out. True all men have the OPPORTUNITY of becoming Gods but that is determined by baptism, confirmation of the Holy Ghost, Melchizedek priesthood (held by man but woman uses it through her husband), married in the temple and enduring to the end, (those are the basics). Then they will become Gods after a resurrection and a judgement by God.
robinsonscottR 3 months ago
@robinsonscottR NOWHERE in the Bible does it say that Satan was a son of God... NOWHERE! That is something taught by the LDS church. As far as Mormons becoming gods (spelled with a lower case g. Upper case G puts you on the same level as God himself, which you are not) the Bible has this to say: "I am the Lord thy God. You shall have no other gods before me" Exodus 20:3
That includes the gods you think you may become on your planet.

John 10:30 = I and the Father are ONE (NOT 2 personages ) Isaiah 45:5 = I AM the Lord, NO OTHER BESIDES ME!
tmlaporte 3 months ago 2
@renegade1alpha No, we will not have many wives, with exception to those who already have multiple wives. (I do not fully understand this concept, someday I will find out). Garments are not "Magical" as you may think of them, they are a physical reminder and symbolic. They protect us spiritually and at times physically based on our faith. You speak some truth, but do not post something you do not know. I did not go into great detail out of respect for my church. Out of respect of God.

"The One God or The Devine" Greek Philosophers for 700 yrs. influenced the Christian Church.
scottwins2 7 months ago

A1Goku 7 months ago
@A1Goku tell me of the physical proofs of Adam and Eve? or Job? or Moses? Study Preclassic Mayan and you can put two and two together. Mayan means born of the water. Where did Nephi come from? the water. Try STELLA 5, noteworthy because of the controversy created by the proposition by Professor M. Wells Jakeman in 1953 that the stone was a record of the Book of Mormon tree of life vision
scottwins2 7 months ago
@scottwins2 -- This tactic of turning the burden of proof is typical of an LDS apologetics and cult teachings...The question was "What is your proof" that the Olmecs are related to the Jaradites? And if you think that the myans are related...it's been proven that there is no DNA connection to the American Indians or mormons..."NONE!!.

Disagreement
Mainstream Mesoamerican scholars do not support linking Izapa Stela 5 to the Bible, the Book of Mormon, or an "out of Africa" theory. For example, Julia Guernsey Kappelman, author of a definitive work on Izapan culture, finds that Jakeman's research "belies an obvious religious agenda that ignored Izapa Stela 5's heritage".
I figured what the hey...anyways...you "really" have no leg to stand on with your claims...Theories and speculations are not facts!.
A1Goku 7 months ago
@scottwins2 I have to credit you for being honest on how strong you feel about your faith..however..since you have the internet and endless search capabilities...go to utlm org it is a website that has mormon history, writtings, videos, and prophet statements with book and page reference with date and year....also watch some clips of Bill Mckeever at BYU on mormonism. Don't keep your head in the sand and saying it's not true what they say about mormons...you need to see the "FACTS!"
A1Goku 7 months ago

Ktlc003 7 months ago
@Ktlc003 Thank you for the compliment, that was very nice of you and I know it took a lot of courage. I know for a fact that when I was a missionary (Spanish, Boston, 2002) that I changed some people for the better--for the rest of their whole lives. Through my prayer and weeping every night, I knew that this Church would not accept me should I continue, but I also knew of nothing so wonderful as bringing the gospel to people who needed it. That's why it's so hard-I still weep at night.
tttravs 6 months ago

Blessings.

@Laguapanina Thank you for your comment :) Being Christ-like is not contingent on being straight or gay--it's something we all can do.
tttravs 5 months ago
@tttravs well if you really did go on a mission you should have learned the TRUE LOVE OF CHRIST:) and the mercy he shows on people:) even if you are gay you can always change even if its hard you can. if you dont JESUS DOES SHOW MERCY:)
navysealllll 5 months ago
@navysealllll I have come to a personal understanding of the true love of Christ. I believe Christ accepts each of us for who we are. Further, I do not believe he created a failure--I was created this way, in his image, and my sexual identity is inherent. I have come to know that mercy is in my life everywhere, but in this case, I need not ask to change the way I was made. This is my interpretation of Christ's love.
tttravs 5 months ago
@tttravs It is NEVER too late to come back NEVER. God loves you and Christ facilitated your healing forgiveness.
tracifaye 5 months ago
@tracifaye I still believe in God and in Christ and his mercy. I don't believe that my salvation is contingent upon attendance to an organization that rejects a very fundamental aspect of my being. I was created in my Father's image...He did not make a mistake, therefore I need not repent. Thank you for your kind comment. I believe you are a genuinely nice person trying to help, this has just been my experience.
tttravs 5 months ago
@tttravs I left my church as well. I believe that God is merciful, that he will understand that I struggled with my faith sincerely and with great difficulty. I believe that God will be merciful to you because you did do the ethical thing. You didn't deceive a wife, future children and you didn't you continue to deceive yourself.
God knows your heart. It sounds like you did the very best you could. Remember mercy. That one concept helped me tremendously. I hope that it helps you.

@tttravs
don't ever let anybody tell you how God will deal with you. your relationship with God is between you and God, and only God can understand whats truly in your heart. i'm not mormon, but i do believe that God is most merciful

A1Goku 7 months ago
But if this wasn't all secret or so sacred, why not let the families in for just the sealing part? Why the hush hush? Why not let mom and dad in to see their son and daughter sealed to each other? Maybe you'd get more converts? Isn't that what you want?
hotbradnsc 8 months ago
Then of course there is the former "PAY LAY ALE" "PAY LAY ALE" "PAY LAY ALE" which is now replaced by "O GOD HEAR THE WORDS OF MY MOUTH" when they raise their hands above their heads 3 times as part of the covenants they promise in the temple. Now of course most LDS are not allowed to discuss the hand signals, the new names, or the veil, or any of this because it is sacred/secret.
hotbradnsc 8 months ago
Many brides and grooms who are LDS and later leave Mormonism will remark at how they giggle at each other in their Temple Underwear or how humiliated they are to be hosed down by some stranger in the shower stalls before getting dressed and having their private parts anointed with something like the oil can in the Wizard of Oz as part of the endowment ceremonies.
hotbradnsc 8 months ago
If the bride is a convert to the LDS religion, she has to get her endowments done the day before her wedding. That is when she will get her bakers cap and apron with the masonic symbols on it. That is when she'll learn the sure sign of the nail, the new name, and go through the veil (all these things are not displayed when the temple is open to visitors before its consecration). Then the next day at their wedding they go the sealing room.

They wear the wedding dress and tux OUTSIDE but once inside they have to put on the baker's hat and apron with symbols for the ceremony and go to the Celestial Room for the 5 minute ceremony. Their families are shunned if they are not Mormons. It is a shame. Many converts to LDS who marry Missionaries are so upset by the ceremony and its coldness that they feel as if 'nothing happened.' Its almost like a court house wedding.
hotbradnsc 9 months ago
@hotbradnsc Not just anyone was allowed into the temple of old. Why should a non-believer be allowed into the sacred rooms of the modern temple? There is no good reason. I am a convert and I don't have a problem with the ceremony. It is not cold, and something most certainly happens. A man and a woman are bound for time and all eternity. That's better than "till death do you part" (which, BTW, is not biblical).
