MW3 has no weapon balance. Look at the pre-patch shotguns. In my oppinion the ACR is the most powerful gun in this game. But no one wants it to be patched because its a stupid "fan favorite" as stealth clown likes to call it...
@xInsanePotato3x ACR is very good. But the "slower" firerate kind of balances it. Unless you'd want more recoil, or lower centspeed theres not much to be done. But it doesn't blast things to peices like FMG9s, Striker, or a lucky Type 95 hipfire. So on that note, I'm content at this point.
I'd love VonderHar to put in a melee like Halo so it's a 2 hit kill without us having to use a stab vest 1 that makes you go full red and 2 for the finisher...halo3 was the PERFECT FPS
@tolu97 I think the idea of him running Dead Mans is actually to avoid having a DeathStreak at all. It's highly unlikely that a player of his skill level will die 6 times in a row.

Knife shouldn't be an automatic tool in a player's arsenal. Add the knife to equipment. You either get a grenade, claymore, etc.....OR a knife. You pick you grenade, you lose your knife. This is the ONLY way to remove the "Panic" knife!

Im not gonna sit up here and act like I've been playing COD every since the series came out , Blops was actually my FPS I've ever bought and it was Last May and i remember when i got my Ass whopped i has to take my 5-23 and my 2-20 games like man and run with it. But i still managed to get my KD and my WL positive over time. i have no Fucking Idea What Infinity Ward was thinking with these dumb ass death streaks. it actually takes the fun out of the game and its fucking ridiculous.
i just had to re-teach myself to play on default settings instead of tactical cuz of the stupid panic knife... cant drop shot anymore really but oh well.... why shoot when the all mighty knife kills instantly
Make it so your knife does as much damage as the amount of health you have, so if you shoot someone and he goes for the lunge, he wont kill you because he has less than 100 health for 100 damage, but if you sneak up on some guy with 100 hp you will one hit him when he deserves it
Idk see how you console fags do it. You have to deal with someone hosting all the time! Come to pc where you have actual dedicated servers you can play where everyones ping/connection is good and even.Treyacrh stuck with ded servers for black ops. Inf didnt I will never buy a infininty ward title. They ruined the PC community by giving us the shitty IWNET like consoles, So now we have to deal with shitty hosts and epic lag!. mw2 and mw3 sucks! They did a very poor job. Especially on PC
IMO the knife should not be a 1-hit kill. it should be at the very least a 2 hit with a small cool down time between stabs of course.
That or, even better make the knife a selectable equipment that is a 1 hit kill. But, you have to be practically hugging them to have it hit. And for the default melee it could be a 2 hit kill (like the first knife idea) with the stock of your gun ( a karate chop type hit for smg's & ect. for the lulz).
The patch was another one of Robert Trolling's master trolls on the COD community. What would you expect from a master trollsman like Robert Trolling?
As far as panic knifing, yeah, it is annoying as fuck at times, but what about drop shotting? That shit is annoying as fuck, too. So you have to make a choice; Are you going to have the advantage in medium to long distance gun fights, or are you going to have the advantage in close quarters? I made my choice with close quarters, because I rush.

Well, about the gun balance... there is always going to be some better weapon... but no matter what, 3arc are at least going to patch them, not like IW... See, the akimbos are so freaking good and they buffed them even more! Also what I would like to see in BO2 would be some new game modes, or at least the good old War mode from WaW. No knife, just bashing with the back of the weapon, like in the old cods would be awesome as well. Maybe some profiency to bash faster but no panicknifing... :)
I've heard and liked these ideas, either you have to have the knife as a secondary, or you have to equip the knife, to actually use it. Say it's like a piece of equipment, and you have to equip it to use it.

I always got 3 bars in black ops and i found it really annoying that i would see guys on youtube who would pull host or at least get a 4 bar and get giant scores with ease. i found it so incredibly frustrating that i would always lose gun fights because someone had a better connection. And your full of shit if you argue that they deserve the advantage because they are paying more for their connections, many people pull host simply due to location

to be honest, i have no issues with infinity ward right now. I live in an area with very very fast internet (i can download a 1080p vid and have it fully downloaded by 1/4 of the youtube video is played). I don't have lag issues, and the only thing is the shotguns and the fmg9's. I got the update via xbox live and had no changes to the fmg9's (at least for me). But that's the only issues

I think the fact that the graphics have barely changed since CoD 4 which was 4 CoD's ago is bad enough. It's literally just a slight alteration to the same game engine. And to add to that, they actually made the connection and stuff worse and caused more balance issues? Not cool. Just imo
