  • Nice, I've been following your videos and I'm pretty close to the same strength so I draw a lot of motivation from what you do. I just got done with a deadlift cycle and I planned to do box squat cycle next so this is perfect lol. How tall are you btw?

    Ya, but does the box do anythign other than help the weight compress your spine? You can just pause at the bottom if you want extra challenge. I tried box squats a year ago and got nothing out of it..

  • @CleverDjembe I get an amazing workout from this. My suggestion is to try different things and pick which you like best.
