Torino Nera 2009 has nothing equal with the Lizzani's movie.
Plot, history, characters, actors, situatios, genres of our movie are totally different.
The use of the old Fiat 500 it's only a coincidence.
So definitivelly our Torino Nera is not a remake.
Your judgment has been wrong, hazardous and illegitimate cause you never seen our movie. You gave a critical opinion on a movie that you have never seen. Never criticize a movie before see it.

Nothing personal, simply you gave judgement without know our movie and our history.
No mather we didn't know Lizzani's movie, we didn't steal the title. We are allowed to use it due the Lizzani's rights are expired after 30 years.
