How can you tell from the Fantasyland side from the Tomorrowland side from the outside of the queue line?

@Jangwoofilms - - Stand in front of the Matterhorn. One part of the queue curls around towards Fantasyland and the other queue curls around towards Tomorrowland. Thus one side is the Fantasyland side and the other is the Tomorrowland side.

I love the tomorrowland side with the Abominable Snowman 2nd encounter...how you all of a sudden dip down into that dark cave and he just lights up!!! but fantasyland side has a helix in the beginning which is cool

I was in Orlando's Disneyworld in 1981 where I rode Big Thuder Mountain (cool) once and Space Mountain (awesome) three times (yes, I tried both tracks). My big disappointment still is that there was no Matterhorn. Why not in Disneyworld? One day before I leave this planet I have to ride the Matterhorn; it looks like so much fun.

PS There used to be single cars that carried just four riders, not like today where there are two cars coupled. Did the single cars go any faster?

Me too. Me and my stepsister rode in twice at night. It was so scary (considering we were on the Tomorrowland side), but I loved it! I like it fast though, so I like the Tomorrowland side. The yetti is creepy at night though, when the light flashes and his eyes are red. Creepy!

Rode the Mighty Matterhorn for the first time last Spring and it was WONDERFUL. Just goes to show ya that a good roller coaster doesn't have to be 300 feet tall or have inversions! You go, Walt!

I do like the Matterhorn a LOT. Before the night-time speed boost in the Tomorrowland side, it does provide a speedier and more harrowing adventure. Nice to finally see a side-by-side.

There is one Matterhorn but there are 2 lines; one line runs alongside the Sub Lagoon, the other runs along Alice/Fantasyland area.
