Their is no service involved or a tangible product. The action you are taking daily involves SOLICITING (the illegal aspect of cash gifting) gifts from new members. You are constantly marketing and promoting it via the internet, contacting and convincing others over the phone (a.k.a sales/closing deals) to send cash via overnight carrier(illegal). Inform your attorney generals office of what you are actually doing in this "activity" and then ask him/her if this "activity" is illegal or not.

I have called the irs as have many and you are not doing anything ilegal in the gifting programs out there that have been there for years will always be there too.. I think you got into one, and was mad that you didn't work at it so it didn't work out for you to receive gifts.
