  • Hi, excellent restoration!

Could you tell me the song and artist playing the music in the background?

    Thanks!

  • Great job! The fastback is my dream car. I hope I will be able to afford and gather the skills and patience for such a project at one point in my life. Thanks for sharing this with us.

  • IT'S BEAUTIFUL .....sorry for the caps :*)

  • Yor are my hero! I've had several late model mustangs (fox bodt and up) but finally bought a 65 coupe last summer, then another just for parts ($500 for a 4 speed top load, plus another good chassis...) a month ago. I'm almost done gutting the first one, but sit back looking at what I've still got ahead of me gets a little overwelming at times...

Seeing what people like you can do at home gives me hope that I too may actually have a worth while treasure when all is done, some day...

    Thank you

  • nice job my friend!!!

  • Great job from AutoBodymen, check us out I thing you may want to subscribe to our channel.

  • I'm a chevy guy, but i just have to say your awesome man. No muscle car deserves to decay in a field because of some ass****. If only there were more people like you out there. YOUR THE MAN.

  • restoration is raw! impressive work ! its good to see a car worth saving, plus the disc brake setup looks great.

  • wow man great job hard to beileve its the same car

  • Amazing could have been better though if it was black and you found the original rims but who cares? GOOD JOB :D

  • Wow....simply awesome. I wish I had the time and the knowledge to restore an old classic like that. I'd love to do the same thing to a '69 Boss 302, my all-time favorite Mustang!

  • Wow, great job! I don't know of many who would attempt to restore a car as rough as you found it. You must've put 30 grand into it. Again job well done, General

  • omfg dude sickkkkkkk that is nice as shitt

  • hey man thats a very nice mustang. but it sits a little too high if u ask me...

  • wow you did a great job on bring that car back from the died

  • About how much did this run you?

  • You are one heck of a fabricator. Basically u built that tang from the ground up. Can't hardly believe my eyes. God bless people like u that save these old gems from extinction...A labor of love for sure.

  • sorry but this car is not original at all! with disc brake

  • @danyel19090, nothing wrong with upgrading the car if it is being completely rebuilt like that anyways...

  • @EvenSteven2004 As I said, not original at all! with disc brake, sorry that was my own opinion

  • Great Job, you can be proud of that.

  • it just makes you wonder how cars become like that in the first place (especally an instant classic like a mustang or a camaro or something like that)...its a damn shame

  • Your Mustang sounds good. I plan on converting mine to a T5 this spring. Thanks for the comment.

  • @blackgt350h hey dude mustang 65 and mustang fastback 65 its the same? and how much did it took to rebuit it again and how much money couse i want to build one

  • wow great work nice video i am in shock :o

  • wow

  • What all did you save from the original body? Great job!

  • great job man but that music is fucken annoying

  • I joined "YouTube" so I could tell you what a fantastic job youv'e done. We have a restored 65 Fastback and a unrestored 66 fastback. All the work on the 65 I completed myself just like you, just wish I could have turned my upside down. I really like the stripes you added. Mine is Wimbelton white w/ black std interior. I did add a Shaker which receives a lot of positive comments. Maybe I can upload some pic's soon! Very nice job my friend! :-)

  • @Sirstangalot My son and I turned the car upside down. First we removed everything that we could. Then we made an angle iron bracket that we clamped in the rear wheel area on the frame. Then bolted the top of the angle iron bracket in the louver area. We then rolled the car onto its side on to the angle iron bracket and then rolled it on over on its top. It did not have a roof panel on it at the time. I used jack stands on the shock towers and a saw horse in the trunk area.

  • @blackgt350h how much do you guess it all cost you? just got my 65 home today and it needs a bit of body work. especially in the trunk

  • hey man i respect you alot for bring back this beautiful back to life..not alot of morpar are givin a scound chance...i wish there more people like you could bring them back
