I would like to see your legs. You are ok... But Chest, Abs, Backs and traps are clearly undeveloped... Arms and shoulders are too ahead the rest of the body. Think a little bit more in proportion...

man that is nothing for 23 IF you want to get big you need to load up on crap OATS WHOLEMEAL WHOLEWEAT.etc i no by lookin at you i have being training for 2 years now and that is one thing that i did wrong 1st year 300 carbs 15 pound in 1st year loaded up to 600 carbs 2nd year gained 30 pounds 2nd year i am 220 at 18 8 per cent like jay cutler takes 1200 in one day so..........
He is right about the oatmeal/carbs - the protein and the creatine absorb far better into the muscle when they have the help of carbs to get them there. Most people take enough protein, but way underload on carbs and have too much fat to get the right about of calories
ya on the spot like if you are 180 pounds you should take 400-600 carbs a day if you want to get big big i will tell you to take 600 to get big fast and just take your of bodyweight in protein i get alot of creatine from weightgainers and protein shakes
Great Physique. But I woudn't call that a body of a bodybuilder because of your poses. It would be amazing to see how much effort you have put in to get that body when you get your posings right.
