steve mcnair was average at best. neil odonell got them to the superbowl. couldnt throw the ball past ten yards he threw to his brother in college on broken plays. i live in nashville and he won me a thousand dollars , i bet he would never win a super bowl I laugh at him daily
Go to youtube type in: (THE DESTINY OF A SINNER) Adultery is a sin that will send men to hell, unless they repent. Jesus is the only one that can forgive men their sin.
He cheated on his wife and he used that Iranian chick. He knew that Iranian was vulnerable and he took advantage of that and when he got bored he thought he could just dump her. Wrong.
I think his career will stand alone. He was a pretty good player, not a HOF type career, but his personal life won't effect waht he did on the field. IMHO anyway
I agree with everything you said. I went to Alcorn with Steve. Chatted with him a few times too. He was a really nice guy. And on the football field he was absolutely amazing. Hell, one year he limped around in the field with a severely sprained ankle and threw for over 500 yards. He'll be missed.
that's awesome that you got to talk to him a bit...sure he was an amazing guy. definately had a great rep with teammates & coaches all around the league!! just a sad situation any way you look at it...
and he definately got respect from me with how he dealt with injuries. i actually have a picture of him where his body parts of numbered - each number corresponds to the injuries/surgeries he went through!! it's amazing the man played through all of that!!! truly amazing!!
Nice job on the video. The memorial service in Nashville was attended by a few former Titan/ now Raven teammates of Steve's. Derrick Mason said to McNair's sons that he knows that he can't ever replace their dad but loved them like a father and would be there for them.
While it was shocking news to learn he died, & all that has surround his personal life I don't think it will effect his NFL career. I must admit, although I'm a Jets fan (oh Farve) I also like the Jags and in the late 90s the titans-jags games were intense and this guy was a pain in the ass. He played through pain and did it well. I also think that something was up, I mean the car was reg in both their names, if he was hiding something I doubt he would do that. But in the end I really don't know
