Sir, how is the off-axis rejection on your MK-319?

It's good at 180° but it sucks at 90°, is it the same on yours?

Hey, to be honest, I didn't know what you were talking about so I googled it... And to tell you the truth, I didn't test it out, but I guess it's the same (if the quality testing is ok, all mics SHOULD be with the same, ok, at least simiral technical characteristics)...

Ah, alright. I found that the 90° rejection is a bit dodgy on my 319, but it might be built that way.

I assume you haven't mixed your vocals and guitar.

I read that the quality control on the Oktava products hasn't always been good. My mic is from a 2005 stock, so it's pretty old, but it works great.

I live in the Netherlands and I paid $225 for mine, including shock-mount (I assume the SM319) and shipping costs.

I have bought an MK-012 about two weeks ago and absolutely digging it.

I can eventually get both modded.

Yeah, I don't have the pots all the way to max, just around the middle or a little bit more... Sounds good.

hi, comrade! x)) I now choose a sound card to an октава мк-319, and read that 0404 is just a conflict with 0404 in amplification of 60 dB (noise etc.)

The noise on the 0404 isn't bad at all, I find it to be very quiet since I have to crank up the gain a lot when using my MK-012 (more than halfway up, I'd say 2/3 or even 3/4).

Yeah, soundelicias, it's the way I wanted it, to give it some edge by overdriving gain - NOT! :-P I messed up the gain settings. Sometimes I am not aware of the true power of my voice, hahaha!
