Working with a broken iPhone screen

i dropped my iphone from about 2.5 feet and now my iphone screen doesn't work. i know that the iphone works but the screen doesn't display anything :( any ideas?

@x19710 umm check to see if the cable connecting the screen to the motherboard is still connected.

@wheely132 sent it away to a company (can't remember the name) they replaced the screen and all it cost me was £15

you should get a "privacy screen filter" screen protector. Thats what i did and it covers up the screen perfectly to where you cant see its broken from the side

Just curious, did you have a case on the phone when it was dropped. I use the Rebel case and they are great!

Nope. I generally take the case off when I'm home--it dropped two feet right onto the floor, right on the corner.
