@DefJeffHarris its simple, there are number of techniques, these are the 3d camera projection with still photographs and the slow motion body movement can be done with puppet warp tool in after effects.

There are no tutorials for stuff like this... i figured it out on my own for the most part. Im not gonna tell how to do it, but i will say there is already a Video Copilot tutorial that covers this same technique. Try to adapt off that :D
