Yeah, i remember when i did this vid, a couple of years back. The coffee was too fresh, and the shot was sitting a wee while before i did the latte art, so the crema had reduced alot by then! :) thanks for the compliment on the rosettas tho! :)

ok I'm learning how to do this, but my fern/rosettas are kinda skinny, not as wide as yours...so what would I be doing wrong?
