Its funny how Drew Carey is like an improvisation whore and will jump out from behind the desk at any opprtinity, but you just cant drag Clive away from it. :P

Personally I prefer the british version and a lot of it has to do with good ol' Clive

how much of the us version have you really seen? that's a huge misconception. drew will do maybe one scene with the guys and lets the winner sit at the desk. other than that, he doesn't leave his seat very often at all. he doesn't jump at every opportunity trust me. he fights to stay at his desk.

@GrrrItsHer I know you posted this three years ago.. and I do agree that Clive was the better host.

part of the conditions the ABC network had was that Drew HAD to improvise in (almost) every show. Ryan has said that Drew knew he couldn't do it so he got the guys to teach him in clubs on weekends, now he is almost as good as Ryan.

noones better then drew at 100 mouse traps though ;)

There ARE more outtakes (I know there's some from season 3, at least), but I don't have those. There aren't any outtakes from season 1 available, as far as I know. I got this clip from first season 2 compilation, but neither of the season 1 comps had outtakes (and the only DVD extras are interviews with the creators).
