How do you make a ring tone longer than the limit of 30 seconds? There is a way but I don't know? Please help

How does it work for text tones? Every custom tone I make just goes into ringtones, I want to make some decent text tones as well!

I didn’t have a RINGTONES folder in my iTunes Library section.

I already have the ringtones created and on my desktop. Someone told me that if I don’t have a RINGTONES folder, I could just drag one of the ringtone files over to the main music section and it would automatically create a RINGTONES folder. But that isn’t working. Can you give me any further instruction?

>.< k so I went into iTunes on my laptop, went to the app and saved all the ringtones In a file, but I cant do the last step because the "Ringtones" link in my iPhone doesnt exist. I synced my entire iPhone but again, thr "Ringtones" thing at the top did not appear. Should I maybe buy a ringtone from my phone? Cuz I even ejected my phone, and plugged it back in to see if the "Rngtone" link at the tip would appear, but nothing. Help?
