You can get a turbo kit from ams for about 5 grand, im not sure about the tune, but the 35r turbo i've seen at about 5-6k with supporting mods.

Not to be a dick. I know they made 2 automatic evos. No one really knows of them because they didnt ship them here to the states. Also, you can change gear ratios. I have an evo 9 with a shep built tranny. I replaced my 3-4 gear with the evo 8's because they are longer. No more shifting into 5th at the 1/4, I can finished the race in 4th.
