If he was so great, why is Casillas keeping him out of the Spanish team. Julio Cesar, Gigi Buffon are both better. Even in this country, he's not the best. Friedel, Given are both better, so (in my opinion) is Joe Hart and that's coming from an MUFC fan.

Saha has won more trophies, but Torres is a superior player. Therefore although there is a correlation between silverware and ability generally, more silverware doesn't mean the player in question is always better, you stupid imbecile.

Cech has been shit ever since his head injury and VDV is very over rated. Man Utd have such a great defence so he hardly has anything to do making him look good. 14 clean sheets wasn't thanks to him.
Given is the 2nd best gk in the league. Easily a better keeper that both Petr and Edwin. Reina is the best keeper imo and has proven it countless times last season. Won save of the year also.

any great defense is built around the keeper, it's not like the keeper just stands and watches it all happen around him. if you think that's the case then you cleeearly know fuck all about defense, so there's not much point in arguing - all i'll say is, next time you watch a football match kiddo, watch what happens all over the pitch OFF the ball. watch the strikers when the balls at their defensive line, and watch the wing backs, centre halves and keeper when the ball's up front/coming back.

Anyone got a clip of Reina´s run to Ngog? Freakkin` amazing. He ran 92 yards (84 meters) and reached a top speed of 21mph (32 kmh) apparently. Thats almost lightning bolt speed! ;)
